Since 2007, CHC has sustained an on-site, staffed research department and has completed two National Institute of Health-R01 studies. Wellness Center programming aims to support our patients’ capacity to follow primary care treatment plans and recommendations for increased physical activity, dietary improvements, and self-care practices.
