Justin Breedlove attended Springfield College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences. In addition to time spent in the classroom and college soccer field, he gained experience in sports nutrition and assisted at a local food pantry. Prior to coming to Caring Health Center, he was a clinical nutrition supervisor at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. A native of Washington D.C., Justin says he welcomes the opportunity to work with patients at Caring Health Center.

Aned Sanchez is a Nutritionist at WIC who works with pregnant/postpartum, babies and children under age 5.  She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, where she earned her bachelor of science degree in Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry. She also holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Texas  in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology.

Prior to joining Caring Health, Aned worked for WIC in Austin, Texas.  She also was employed as a behavior technician for PediaPlex in Southlake, Texas.

Michelle Pielhau is a Nutritionist at WIC who works with pregnant/postpartum, babies and children. Under age 5. She is passionate about working with the community to help improve health and nutrition.

Working with families is important to her because she wants every child to be healthy and believes good food is the foundation for a healthy future. She is also passionate about breastfeeding and believes it is the best way to help babies to get off to a healthy start in life.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from the University of Massachusetts.

Taya Sweeney is a Nutritionist at WIC who desires to work with the community to help improve health and nutrition. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas.

Prior arriving at Caring Health Center, she was a clinic manager for the South Plains Community Action Association in Lubbock, Texas. She has certifications in Nursing Assisting, Patient Care Technician, Phlebotomy, EKGs and NASM Nutrition Coaching.

Caroline Seymour is a nutritionist who works with WIC participants to help them build and maintain healthy eating habits during pregnancy, infancy, and early childhood.

Caroline knows that eating good food is the foundation of lifelong health, and aims to help all of her participants learn about how to make the best choices that fit their lifestyle. Exclusive breastfeeding is an important part of this for both moms and infants. As a CLC, she specializes in helping expectant and new moms learn how to breastfeed their babies and reach their breastfeeding goals.

Caroline holds a bachelors of science in human nutrition from the University of Massachusetts.
