With a MS degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University, Brian Beauvais is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. His clinical experience includes: Adult Rotation at Noble Outpatient Clinic, Pediatric Rotation at Redwood Pediatrics, Women’s Health Rotation at Mary Lane, Surgical Rotation with PVSA, Emergency Medicine Rotation at Mary Lane, Psychiatric Rotation at Baystate Medical Center, and an Elective Rotation in Orthopedics at Mercy Hospital. Brian is licensed to provide the best possible healthcare to patients from newborn to geriatric.

Michael Child went the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he studied public health in addition to economic and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Springfield College. Michael is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.

Carina Del Valle is a Puerto Rican female native of Springfield and is a Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended undergraduate school at Our Lady of the Elms College and then went on to further her education at American International College in Springfield, MA where she graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2020. She is currently completing the Residency Program here at Caring Health Center and is set to graduate in August 2022. In her career she has worked in mental health, chronic medical issues, substance abuse and orthopedics. Carina is passionate about her patients, their families and community and is excited to support the mission of Caring Health Center.

Sushma Gurung, is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University Wisconsin and licensed by the state of Massachusetts to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages. Her scope of practice encompasses health awareness, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex health care problems beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process. She believes in holistic care which includes physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

Every day, she is grateful for the opportunity to work with patients from many different backgrounds and cultures, helping them overcome health barriers. In her free time, Sushma enjoys reading, cooking, and visiting Massachusetts attractions to see all the state has to offer.

Catriona Pollikoff earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Springfield College, where she had earlier earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science / Pre-Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining Caring Health Center, she experience in both private practice and hospital settings.

She is a member of both Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Assistants. She is committed to continuing education and patient-centered care. 

Loreiny Peñaló is a Puerto Rican and Dominican native of Springfield and is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She received her MS degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University in 2021. Loreiny received her BS degree in Public Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She comes to Caring Health Center with experience working in Western Massachusetts as an EMT, medical scribe, and patient advocate. Loreiny is excited to support the mission of Caring Health Center and make a difference in her community. 

Jacqueline Rosa earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University in Longmeadow. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley and an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Springfield Technical Community College.

She completed clerkships at Baystate Medical Center: Springfield, Hartford Hospital, Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, and Caring Health Center. Her interests include yoga, hiking, skiing and spending time with her family.

Tylor Vaillancourt joined Caring Health Center in July 2020. He serves as a primary care provider and oversees our Advanced Practice Provider Residency Program. Tylor, who is fluent in Spanish, went to school at D’Youville College (now D’Youville University) in Buffalo, New York, for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He has worked in Buffalo, Hartford, and Holyoke. His clinical interests include management of asthma/COPD, and gastrointestinal problems.
